New builds present a particular photographic opportunity — the finishes are fresh, the lines are clean, and a well-planned shoot can produce images that look genuinely aspirational without any overprocessing. This contemporary home was staged thoughtfully throughout, with a navy and white palette in the master suite, natural timber accents in the kitchen, and a consistent neutral tone across the secondary bedrooms that makes the overall gallery cohesive.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area was the focal point of the interior shoot — a generous, well-proportioned space that flows clearly from the kitchen island through to the lounge and out to the rear yard. We photographed the sequence from multiple positions to give the agent maximum flexibility for portal presentation.

The twilight exterior session captured the home’s two-storey street presence at golden hour — the brick facade, clean driveway, and illuminated entry all contributing to a front page image that stands out in a competitive new-build market. Delivered within 24 hours of the shoot.
